Until now, few companies offer repair, reuse or recycling solutions. With <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recycling-carbon.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.recycling-carbon.org\/\">Recycling Carbon<\/a>, it&#8217;s done.<\/p>\n<p>The accelerated development of this non profit start-up is not without presenting several challenges. In partnership with a specialist in the recycling sector, we helped its team overcome the early stages of its development.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pierrejohnson.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/CarbonObjets.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6383 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pierrejohnson.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/CarbonObjets-266x300.png\" alt=\"biens de consommation en fibre de carbone : v\u00e9lo et nautique\" width=\"266\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>In response to a call for tenders by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iness91.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">InESS&#8217;91<\/a>, a generator of social and solidarity initiatives, in collaboration with a specialist in the recycling sector, we supported in end 2016-early 2017 its team to plan and overcome the next steps of its development. Our intervention focused on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the precise study of the carbon fiber recycling and reuse sector (market study, partners and possible competitors);<\/li>\n<li>co-development of a business model appropriate to the sector<\/li>\n<li>the development of a provisional budget taking into account the precise data provided by the previous steps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We undertook these actions in coordination with the Recycling Carbon team and with our partner.
